The 5 Products That Will Change Idaho Nonprofits For The Better

As with most startups, our four-year-old nonprofit has experienced the normal growth stages. Initially driven by a vision of the impact, we navigated through the typical challenges and uncertainties that come with the startup stage of development.

Like many nonprofits, our initial product lineup evolved as we gained a deeper understanding of the needs of our customers and refined our strategies to more effectively meet those needs.

Now, after four years of dedicated effort and continuous learning, we have reached a place of clarity and focus with five main products that serve donors, nonprofits, and the community, each contributing toward meeting our overall mission and vision.

  1. Nonprofit Success Lab: There is a limit to how successful a nonprofit can be, and it is based on the strength and capability of those who govern it. Donʻt miss out on the world-class expertise, tools, and resources available. This is a perfect place for a nonprofit to learn about who we are and what we do.

  2. Transformational Leadership Cohort: Teams who want to go deeper and address personal and professional competencies can get their name on the waiting list for the Transformational Leadership Cohort that is targeted to strengthen nonprofit leaders. It's a 5-6 month commitment for a team of 3 leaders per org (board member, executive director, + emerging leader) who want to improve in one key operational and/or leadership area  every 30 days.  We use the results of the 360-degree organizational assessment to help design the content. Then, they learn together in a workshop setting which includes developing 30-day action plans that we resource. Watch for the announcement in September to sign up for the next TLC.

Until then, learn more about the TLC.

  3. 3-Year Grantee Program: So far, weʻve successfully exited the Boise Bicycle Project and we are in year-2 of our work with Jesse Tree Idaho. This is a deep dive into key operational elements and includes unrestricted grant funds. Together, we co-design solutions tailored to their greatest needs. We donʻt use off-the-shelf solutions.

While we don’t have an upcoming date to launch the next round for the 3-Year Grantee Program just yet (due to funding), you can learn more about it here.

  4. Strategic Charitable Giving: This product helps donors shift from a less effective to a more effective strategy for their charitable giving. We designed a simple yet comprehensive workshop based on our Strategic Charitable Giving Framework that has been used by a variety of companies like Lost Grove Brewing, Power Engineers, State Insurance Fund, and Integra Resources.

  5. Business Consultation: We are the perfect solution for companies and foundations that are looking for a way to give back while also helping them achieve their business goals. Our team of consultants has worked on highly unique and personally tailored to the needs of paid clients. Our services are targeted in 3 key areas that are focusing on increasing good leadership, innovative strategy and strong operations.
