Transformational Leadership Cohort

We bring together teams of top leaders from multiple Idaho nonprofits for the Transformational Leadership Cohort. In this collaborative setting, we offer support, resources, coaching, and accountability for these executive teams at no cost to the participants.

Your Nonprofit’s Journey toward Greater Impact

The Transformational Leadership Cohort is an opportunity for Nonprofit leaders to strengthen their own organizations while also encouraging them to invest in the success of their cohort mates. Through alignment on mindsets, developmental evaluation, and active coaching, these teams embark on a transformational journey toward more effective leadership and a more sustainable organization.

More about the Transformational Leadership Cohort

The Cohort is made up of several nonprofits and their leaders. Each nonprofit is represented by their executive director, a board member, and one emerging leader. We provide a safe and confidential environment to be educated, resourced, assessed, and kept accountable.

These leaders meet in-person together once per month for 5 hours, then weekly with the Transformational Leadership Cohort Coach.

Over 5-6 months, the coaches help teams solve key pain points &/or build on organizational strengths. The content depends on the needs of the cohort  and could include:

• Leadership Development

• Fund Development

• Process Improvement

• Strategy & Evaluation

• Governance

• Human Resources/Culture

• Other (design thinking, innovation, communications/marketing)
