Transforming Idaho’s Nonprofit Sector: Join the Movement

In just four years, Idaho Partners for Good (IP4G) has transformed the way philanthropy and nonprofits collaborate, turning visionary ideas into real-world impact.

Guided by Margaret Mead's words, "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed individuals can change the world," we’ve helped nonprofits strengthen their infrastructure, achieve sustainable funding, and better serve their constituents and communities.

Since 2020, IP4G has accomplished so much.

Our innovative initiatives, like the Transformational Leadership Cohort (TLC), break barriers by offering nonprofit leaders accessible, high-quality development opportunities. By equipping leadership teams to rethink and refine practices, we’re helping to shape a stronger, healthier sector that meets the growing needs of Idaho’s communities. (Note: we start a new cohort in January! Find out more!)

The Challenge and Opportunity
Disrupting the status quo isn’t easy. Resistance to change, outdated practices, and the fear of collaboration as competition have been hurdles. Yet, these challenges have fueled our innovation, leading to tools like our Strategic Charitable Giving framework and testimonials from partners like Power Engineers and Lost Grove Brewing, who’ve seen the value of giving differently.

IP4G is going to have a terrific impact on the nonprofit space.  Blossom and Mario recently spoke to our foundation board about the importance of understanding and measurably pursuing our giving strategy, as well as the value of trusting grantees' expertise in their respective domains.  These are deep and worthy challenges that will receive our attention as we serve our stakeholders.  If you operate in this space, they can help you too!”
