Idaho Partners for Good Expresses Gratitude to the Laura Moore Cunningham Foundation for Funding the Transformational Leadership Cohort

[Boise, ID] – [08/16/24] – Idaho Partners for Good is proud to announce the generous contribution of the Laura Moore Cunningham Foundation whose support has made it possible to launch and sustain our Transformational Leadership Cohort, a pioneering initiative aimed at empowering nonprofit leaders across Idaho.

Idaho Partners for Goodʻs Transformational Leadership Cohort (TLC) brings together executive teams from multiple Idaho nonprofits in a collaborative setting designed to foster growth, innovation, and sustainability within their organizations. This unique program, offered at no cost to participants, provides these leaders with vital support, resources, coaching, and accountability, all within a safe and confidential environment.

The TLC is composed of up to five nonprofit organizations, each represented by their executive director, a board member, and one emerging leader. These participants engage in a series of in-depth, interactive sessions, meeting in person once per month for five hours and weekly with their subject matter Coach. Over the course of 5-6 months, the coaching teams work closely with these leaders to address key organizational pain points or to build upon their existing strengths, tailoring the content to meet the specific needs of each cohort.

"We are incredibly grateful to the Laura Moore Cunningham Foundation for their unwavering commitment to strengthening Idaho's nonprofit sector," said Blossom Johnston, Executive Director of Idaho Partners for Good. "Their support is instrumental in empowering these leaders to drive meaningful change within their organizations and communities. Together, we are laying the foundation for a stronger, healthier, better equipped nonprofit sector in Idaho."

The Laura Moore Cunningham Foundation’s investment in the Transformational Leadership Cohort reflects their deep belief in the power of leadership and collaboration to effect positive change within the philanthropic sector. Through this partnership, we are not only equipping nonprofit leaders with the tools they need to succeed but also fostering a network of support that will have a lasting impact on the communities they serve.
